These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tamp mobile application and related services ("Tamp", "the Service") operated by Idea Fabriek, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using Tamp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Tamp. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in using email (sign-in link), Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Tamp, including bean entries, brew logs, tasting notes, ratings, and photos ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Tamp displays information about coffee roasters and their products sourced from publicly available data, including Shopify Storefront APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product details, prices, or availability are always current. Prices and availability are determined by the roasters, not by Tamp.
Tamp may contain links to external websites, including roaster online shops. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Purchases made through external links are subject to the respective retailer's terms.
Tamp may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Tamp Pro") in the future. If introduced, subscription terms, pricing, and billing will be handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
We aim to keep Tamp available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamp and Idea Fabriek are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.
The Tamp name, logo, design system, and application code are the property of Idea Fabriek. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. This does not affect your ownership of Your Content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Tamp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
