The A.M.O.C. Expressive Filter Bundle brings together four coffees from the more distinctive side of our current filter line-up. This bundle includes Java, Sidra/Wush Wush, Las Marias and Rosado, selected for people who want a filter rotation with more fruit, more complexity and a wider range of processing, variety and origin. Not an everyday classic bundle, but still built around coffees that stay clean, structured and enjoyable to brew. Java comes from Supriyanto, known as Iyan, on Mount Suket in Ijen, East Java. This CM Natural lot is processed in a sealed bioreactor tank for 120 hours with carbon dioxide before being dried as a natural. Expect orange, forest fruits and molasses, with raisin, cherry and a winey, process-forward character. Sidra/Wush Wush comes from La Reserva Kanaa in Palanda, Zamora Chinchipe, Ecuador. A natural anaerobic lot made from around 75% Sidra and 25% Wush Wush, planted in the same plot and harvested as one lot. It is bright, expressive and complex, with raspberry sour candy and magnolia in the cup. Las Marias is a Gesha from Pijao, Quindio, Colombia, grown at Las Marias Estate by Jose Giraldo. The farm sits at high elevation, surrounded by native forest, and was brought back to life after being abandoned for over 20 years. This double washed Gesha brings a cleaner and more elegant side to the bundle. Rosado comes from Finca El Jaragual in Amalfi, Antioquia, Colombia. A washed, yeast inoculated thermal shock lot from Jorge Mira and Jonny Martinez, with notes of passion fruit, bubblegum, silky texture and milk chocolate. It is modern in process, but still controlled and clean. Together, these four coffees show a broader side of the A.M.O.C. filter range: volcanic Indonesian depth, Ecuadorian anaerobic fruit, Colombian Gesha clarity and a modern Rosado profile from Antioquia. A bundle for anyone looking for a more expressive filter rotation, without losing structure, sweetness or clarity.
