For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 92°C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees took place in 60 hours. This coffee has an excellent body and well-balanced aromas. Notes of biscuit and vanilla are well present, as well as some light cocoa. A really well balanced blend. All the coffees that make up this coffee blend are grown in the shade of banana and pepper trees.
