Gustavo Vargas grew up surrounded by coffee plantations, alongside his family on the farm. After studying engineering in Pueblo Bello, he discovered new ways to improve coffee production and processing. As a third-generation coffee grower, Gustavo founded his own company Café Olgus and is dedicated to innovation & improving quality.
