About First Draft Our first crack at roasting new coffees! We are proud that we consistently offer new, fresh crop coffees and create a unique roast profile for each coffee we purchase. When we receive new coffees, sometimes the first roast doesn't go exactly as we hoped, but it's still very good. So, we're selling it at a slightly discounted price to reflect exactly what the name implies — it's like our first draft! Another part of the fun is that this offering will be different every single time, so it'll be a complete surprise. Sometimes it may be a blend and other times it may be a single coffee, so enjoy the ride of the unknown! Each batch will be super limited, so if you're interested and it's currently sold out, check back often!
