FARM HISTORY Producer: Los Rodriguez Family Las Alasitas is located in Bolinda, Caranavi, at 1,642 meters above sea level. Established in 2014, the farm is part of Agricafe’s project to improve and innovate Bolivian coffee production. It serves as a varietal nursery where different cultivars, including Geisha, are grown and studied. The cool climate and high altitude help develop sweetness and complexity in the coffee. The name “Alasitas” comes from a Bolivian tradition symbolizing growth and abundance reflecting the farm’s vision for the future of coffee. CypherED Profile A floral-forward cup with jasmine notes, layered with creamy lemon curd and a soft toffee sweetness. Clean, bright, and elegant throughout. Processed using the “Coco Natural” method, ripe cherries are slowly dried under controlled conditions to enhance sweetness and clarity while preserving the delicate character of this Geisha.
