Chiroso is another exotic arabica with a complex, versatile cup profile that behaves like Caturra in the field but is thought to have Ethiopia landrace in its genetics. Ripe cherries are harvested and anaerobically fermented before slow-drying, presenting a juicy, floral and fruity coffee with a tangy finish. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
