MUCH DARKER THAN OUR USUAL STYLE Drift Espresso takes our usual roast style a little deeper, bringing a richer and more intense character to the cup while still maintaining balance and clarity. Roasted slightly darker than our typical profile, Drift develops bold chocolate notes, toasted nuts, and a smooth caramel sweetness, with a heavier body and a lingering finish. The darker roast adds depth and warmth, making it ideal for those who prefer a fuller, more traditional espresso style without losing the quality and character of carefully sourced beans. In milk, Drift becomes silky and indulgent, with flavours of cocoa and caramel that cut through beautifully. As a straight espresso, it delivers a rich, rounded shot with low acidity and a satisfying depth.
