Our flagship espresso blend. Sweet, balanced & chocolaty. Our Soul blend is our daily labour of love, a constant work-in-progress, that we've carefully blended with quality single-origins only, just like a chef creates his unique dish. All this to create a rich, creamy espresso, layered with notes of chocolate cookie, dry figs and a touch of caramel. With or without milk. The blend is meant to evolve over time, using different origins, that may change with the seasons. This way, you'll always have a super fresh coffee, while maintaining a similar tasting profile. Current recipe: Brazil - pulped natural process Guatemala - washed process Rwanda - washed process Tasting notes: sweet & creamy, chocolate cookie, caramel, dry figs, macadamia butter.
