We roast a mix of origins each week for filter, so we will choose a selection of our roasts for you based on our current schedule. Filter coffee is at its best when rested for a minimum of 4 days after roasting to allow it to de-gas and optimise in flavour. ------- Your coffee will be roasted within 1-16 days of purchase, with a shelf life of 6 weeks (optimum serving point of 10-36 days). We recommend letting this coffee rest for at least 12 days before using. These beans have been roasted specifically for filter preparation methods which include Drip machines (such as the Mocca Master or Wilfa Classic+), Cafetiere, Chemex, Kalita, V60, Woodneck, Syphon and Aeropress.
