It delivers a velvety texture with a delicate acidity - perfect for your daily coffee ritual. Expect tasting notes of caramel, chocolate and raspberry sweetness. Brew Guide This is the recipe we have developed for our cafes with a Kees van Der Western Spirit and Mahlkönig E65S GBW grinder. Our recipe can be used as a starting point, however each machine will vary. Coffee dose: 18 grams Brew temperature: 93ºC Extraction time: 30 sec Brew weight: 38 grams
