A welcome addition to our lineup, boasting the same quality both in production and ethics as their previous offerings. As with many coffees subject to fermentation Serra Negra is a bold cup, it’s flavours distinct yet smooth Tracing it’s history back to 1922, Fazenda Serra Negra is a long established coffee farm in the region, and since being purchased by João Cândido dos Reis Teixeira in 1988 has been a family affair through and through. These days the farm is run by Betina Vilela Reis Teixeira Paiva and her children, with Betinas focus on long-term processes and quality making the farm what it is today. As they say the proof is in the pudding (or in the case, the coffee), and we’re incredibly happy to have this delicious bean available as part of our offering Expect a vibrant cup brimming with fruit sweetness, tempered by a light floral touch
