Ariosa Coffee Roasting Company is based in Ashbourne, County Meath, just north of Dublin, and has been roasting since 2009. The team works across both espresso blends and washed single-origins — current lineup features a Kenya Mchana Estate — and supplies a long list of independent cafes and hotels across Ireland. Their model leans more traditional Italian-influenced than the strict third-wave end of the scene.
