Badger & Dodo was founded by Brock Lewin in 2009 and roasts from a warehouse in Fermoy, County Cork. The name comes from Lewin's Australian background (badger) and Ireland's extinct dodo-like Great Auk — a nod to the cross-continental DNA of the roastery. They roast on a Loring with a wide seasonal lineup of single-origins and a small core of espresso blends, supplying cafes across Munster and beyond, plus a popular home-subscription.
