Bailies Coffee Roasters has been roasting in Belfast since 1996 and is the longest-running specialty roastery in Northern Ireland. The current programme spans seasonal microlots like a Costa Rica Diamond anaerobic natural, a year-round Belfast Blend espresso, and a substantial wholesale operation across Ireland, the UK and beyond. Their Ravenhill Road roastery houses a Loring and a training lab, and the team has produced multiple UK Barista Championship finalists over the years.
