BLEND Coffee Roasters was founded in Graz in 2018 by Peter Gries, who has worked in coffee and gastronomy since 1985. The roastery drum-roasts 100% Arabica beans sourced through direct trade, and runs a café alongside the roastery on Joanneumring.
