Founded in 2013 by Matt Chitharanjan and Namrata Asthana, later joined by Shivam Shahi, Blue Tokai roasts single-estate Indian coffees sourced from estates including Attikan, Kerehaklu, and Kalledeverapura, and has grown from a small Delhi roastery into one of India's largest specialty coffee retailers with its own network of cafes.
