• Description • Recipe • Storage A special blend of Arabica Coffee from Benguet and Robusta Coffee from some parts of Cavite, roasted perfectly to produce a bittersweet caramelly and nutty flavor. Bo's Coffee Espresso Blend is a combination of the finest Arabica & Robusta beans which provided a full-bodied taste, a rich cream and an aromatic finish. Flavor Notes: With this coffee we taste Dark Chocolate, Cinnamon, and Maraschino Cherry. It is best brewed using an Espresso Machine, French Press, or a Hario V60. Ingredients: 70% Arabica, 30% Robusta Roast: Medium Dark Roast Body: Medium to Heavy Acidity: Low Complimentary Food Flavors: Nuts, Caramel, Chocolates, Milk, Cinnamon, Cherries Size 250g Note: Cebu offers Whole Beans with Free Grind on nearest Stores. Drip Coffee - Use 1 tbsp of ground coffee per 170 ml of water Manual Pour Over - Use 10g of freshly ground coffee per 170 ml of water Fine Grind - For a double shot, use between 18g to 21g of coffee Storage: To preserve the freshness, taste and scent of freshly ground coffee, store in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks after grind.
