Paz is a rich and full-bodied coffee that comes from our friend Adolfo Vieira Ferreira in Brazil. We visit Adolfo's farm, Fazenda Passeio, every year to select the best lot from the harvest and bring it back to you. The Paz coffee that results has become our top seller: a beautifully rich and full-bodied coffee, with a smooth and easy-to-drink profile. Expect deep, rich dark chocolate flavor, soft fruity notes, and a full body. Paz makes a great, lower-toned espresso and combines with milk in a cappuccino to give a flavor almost like hot cocoa. It's also especially versatile in fully automatic machines, and was designed with that style in mind.
