FARM HISTORY Located in El Suyatal, Macuelizo – Nueva Segovia, this 31.94-hectare family farm has been passed down through generations since 1991. 28.43 hectares are dedicated to coffee, cultivating Catimor, Red Catuai, Java, Maracaturra, and Pacamara varieties. The farm follows eco-friendly and sustainable practices, combining organic and synthetic fertilizers, maintaining shade with forest and fruit trees, and pruning for healthy growth and optimal light infiltration. Cherries are hand-selected and floated, then rested for 24 hours in cherry. They are dry pulped and placed in barrels for 48 hours of fermentation, then dried to preserve the coffee’s unique profile. CypherED Profile Juicy and round in mouthfeel, with flavors of honey, plum, and vanilla, finishing smooth and clean.
