We’re thrilled to bring back coffees from Germán Carranza, a rising producer in Peru’s Amazonas region whose work has been a highlight on our menu the past two years. This release marks the first of two lots we’ll feature from him this season, and it’s something truly special: a Natural Process Geisha. Geisha coffees are famously delicate, rare, and highly sought after — difficult to cultivate, with low yields, but capable of producing some of the most beautiful cups in the world.
