During the commissioning of our new roaster, we had to put Uyatshisha through her paces, running a few trial batches to dial in the magic. The result? Coffee that didn't quite make our QC cut, but still tastes far too good to waste. Think of it as our perfectly imperfect roast, still crafted from top quality beans, still ethically sourced, still paying producers fairly just with a few extra freckles of experimentation. It's better than supermarket coffee (by a long shot), and easier on the wallet.
