Founded by Pete Truter in 2009 inside The Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock, Espresso Lab built its name on Saturday-morning cupping flights and a rotating microlot menu — Panama Geshas, Ethiopian naturals, competition-tier Colombians. The roastery has placed SA Barista Champions and remains a pilgrimage stop for visiting coffee professionals. They also import specialty filters and brew gear.
