Cedar Coffee Roasters is a small specialty roastery launched in October 2021 by Leigh Wentzel and Winston Thomas, based at Side Street Studios in Woodstock, Cape Town. They focus on sustainable sourcing and rotating single-origin roasts, and run a Hatch coffee bar.
