Father's Coffee Roastery grew out of its founders' specialty coffee hobby, starting as a bike-based mobile café in Ostrava before opening a proper roastery in Ostrava-Stará Bělá in 2018 on a 5-kilo Diedrich roaster. It has since upgraded to a 35-kilo Loring machine and focuses on organically grown, transparently traded specialty coffee.
