Flight Coffee was founded in 2009 by Richard Corney and has become a fixture of New Zealand's competition coffee circuit, with team members repeatedly placing in the NZ Barista and Brewers Cup championships. The roastery in Hawkes Bay focuses on direct-trade single-origins and the Hangar blend, and the Flight Coffee Hangar café on Wellington's Dixon Street is the brand's flagship pour-over bar.
