This blend is based on a mix of creamy, nutty coffees roasted to bring out wisps of toasted caramel and hints of smoke yielding a rich and full coffee. The characteristics shine through the dry distillation qualities developed later in the roast. Each of our blends starts with a flavor idea. Our coffee team takes this idea into the cupping room, where they draw from our stock of single-origin coffees to build a unique blend that is greater than the sum of its parts.
