Small-batch specialty roastery on Prinsestraat that took over a 12-year coffee-roasting tradition from Branderij Boon and turned it into a modern craft operation. Beans are sourced sustainably and fair-trade from origin and roasted weekly in The Hague, pairing artisanal handwork with contemporary roasting tech. The shop doubles as a tasting bar where the roastery, retail, and brew bar share one room.
