Description Walnut Popcorn is JWC Roastery’s most reliable daily house blend, created for coffee drinkers and cafés who want consistent espresso, very low perceived acidity and strong milk performance. Smooth, nutty and easy to enjoy, it delivers a milk chocolate body, stable crema and a comfortable cup that performs reliably across latte, cappuccino, flat white and daily espresso. If you prefer coffee that is not sour, is easy to calibrate and remains consistent from cup to cup, Walnut Popcorn is one of the safest choices at JWC Roastery. Why This Coffee Exists Walnut Popcorn was developed after JWC represented Malaysia in a latte art competition in Tokyo in 2014. At the time, wing base latte art required exceptionally stable espresso crema and well-textured milk foam. After returning to Malaysia, the team began developing a house blend that was simple to enjoy, easy to calibrate and reliable enough to produce consistent espresso and latte art every day. Walnut Popcorn was not created to be the most complex coffee. It was created to perform consistently.
