Kross Coffee Roasters began in 2010 as two coffee shops in Chania, Crete, opened by siblings Sotos and Stavros Michael with pastry chef Katerina Mavromataki; the team added in-house roasting in 2017 and now roasts roughly 10 tons of green coffee a year for their own shops and wholesale clients.
