Fazenda Dois Irmãos – Natural Arabica – Minas Gerais – Brazil
128 EUR
Dois Irmãos is a new coffee we sourced this year thanks to the help of our friends at Trust Coffe. This single-estate coffee comes from a farm owned and managed by Gabriela Baracat Sanchez, a 4th generation coffee producer and agronomist. Her coffee is the result of carefully selected, sun-dried beans, which produce a soft fragranced, creamy, full-bodied cup. The taste is dominated by Cashew nuts, hazelnut chocolate and a sweet finish. We chose this coffee because the farm has been certified for excellent practices in regenerative agriculture by the UK-based certification body Regenagri.
