Neyver Salas is a third-generation coffee producer from the northern province of Cutervo, in the Cajamarca district of Peru. Since inheriting his farm, El Nogal, Neyver's entrepreneurial spirit has earned him a well-established reputation for quality, and we’re excited to have the opportunity to share this small selection of gesha from his 2025 harvest. In the cup we taste delicate honeysuckle, sweet lemon zest, and ripe fig.
