"Beauty often manifests itself in the diversity of ideas and flavors." We had the privilege of supporting Mikolaj Pociecha on his journey in becoming the 2026 Dutch Brewers Cup Champion. He trusted us in curating an outstanding coffee, to create a suitable roasting profile, and to help him put together a memorable routine to showcase this coffee - to find out more, head to SCA Netherlands YouTube channel and watch Mikolaj on stage. Our journey continues to the World Brewers Cup, happening in June in Brussels.
