Sensory ZERO opened in 2014 in Wong Chuk Hang and has grown into one of Hong Kong's most ambitious specialty roasters, with multiple cafe locations across HK Island and Kowloon. They roast single origins from Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Panama — leaning into adventurous processing (yeast ferments, anaerobic, honey lots) and packaging both whole bean and drip bags side by side. The brand is openly Cantonese-first: most product titles and descriptions are in traditional Chinese, with English coffee-region names baked in. Their roastery doubles as a retail outpost for Aillio Bullet home roasters.
