When the sun rises behind the mountains that surround the area, the first rays of sunlight hit the coffee plants in a very special way. Conesol is part of the larger Vivenza Caffè Speciale initiative, which focuses on producing high-quality specialty coffee through sustainable and modern methods. Fertile soil, a favorable climate with warm days and cool nights, and precision agriculture based on regular soil analysis, facilitate optimal growth and quality.
