This coffee is from producer Duberny Cifuentes, won the Cup of Excellence in 2023. His farm " Finca Montreal" specializes in exceptional varieties. One of the things we like is that the farm is committed to selective handpicking ensuring only the perfectly ripe cherries go into processing. This coffee comes from cherries that are carefully handpicked to ensure only the cherries with the perfect sugar content are processed. The result is a very sweet, floral and light bodied coffee that define what a classic Gesha is.
