We developed this coffee specifically for the ViCAFE at Work channel. In addition to the terroir, the slightly darker roast reduces acidity and adds more body. This coffee is particularly well-suited for fully automatic machines. The beans are easy to work with and allow for the extraction of a sweet, well-rounded coffee with clear chocolate notes. Whether enjoyed with milk or black, this coffee is smooth and balanced—something many appreciate. The beans come from Campo das Vertentes, a region in Minas Gerais, Brazil, north of São Paulo. In a country dominated by agro-industrial farms, we prioritize working with small, sustainable farmers. That’s why we collaborate with carefully selected family farms, which we visit regularly. Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025). For coffee freshness: Roast date is always MHD minus 9 months.
