Sourced from Vale de Grama, Brazil, this coffee grows in fertile volcanic soils, a mild climate and high altitudes - conditions that enhance its natural sweetness and bright, balanced acidity. Once the beans are harvested, they undergo the chemical-free sugarcane process to remove the caffeine whilst preserving the flavour.
