A sweet and mellow coffee from Finca Bethel in Huila. High in the Andes mountains around Pitalito, David Fernando Vargas has been farming coffee for 25 years. He grows traditional varieties with high quality cup profiles such as Caturra and Colombia. This washed coffee has notes of red apple, speculoos and milk chocolate.
