We're delighted to have an Elefante back on our list after almost 2 years. Coming from the Nejapa farm in El Salvador, the name Elefante derives from the elephant ear shape of the varieties bean. The cherry of this coffee is similar in size to a Pacamara and contains a higher amount of pulp compared to other varieties.
