Coffee has been grown by The Perez family at La Soledad since 1895. Over the last decade or so, under the stewardship of Raul Perez, La Soledad has started to cultivate more and more specialty coffees and milling on-site. This is the first Gesha we have had from La Soledad and it is an absolute classic.
