Founded in 1986 by Michael Allpress, who started with New Zealand's first coffee cart near Victoria Park before moving into roasting. Allpress grew into one of the country's best-known specialty roasters with an international footprint. Known for clean, consistent espresso blends and a vertically integrated roast-to-cup model.
