Apartment Coffee opened in 2018 on Jalan Klapa as a tiny home-style café-roastery led by Lim Ming Wei (ex-Common Man) and his team, focused on light-roast, seasonal single origins and a tight subscription programme. The shop is intentionally small — counter seating, a clean white-tiled bar and a Probat — and the roast list rotates frequently rather than holding a fixed lineup. Apartment ships nationally and runs a monthly subscription that pairs new lots with brewing notes.
