THE STORY A blend of East African and South American Coffees create this easy drinking balanced brew. At Backyard Brew we really enjoy our Milk based espresso drinks and wanted to capture all the flavours we enjoy in a good Latte and Cortado. Inspired by years of frequenting coffee shops throughout Cape Town, we knew what we wanted in a blend. We are proud of all three single origins in our blend, no cheap filler coffee used here. THE FACTS Roast: Medium to dark Coffee Grade: 100% Arabica SCA Score 80 – 82 Origins: Top secret 😉 CUP PROFILE Red Berries, clean aftertaste. When added to milk it really comes into its own with heavy hints of cocoa and a subtle salted caramel taste. BACKYARD BREW RECOMMENDATIONS • Ideal for Milk based espresso drinks, espresso and cafe americano.
