Tanzania AA
105 ZAR
AT A GLANCE Our new season Tanzania AA is roasted as a medium roast, expect sweet fruity flavours with a nice chocolate finish. THE STORY Our new season Tanzania AA lends itself to a medium roast profile. This roast is more versatile than its predecessor. Our current lot is from the Aviv Estate, which is supplied by 1822 small holders. The most important factor is “how fresh are the green beans?” Tanzanian coffee has a reputation of losing its sparkle over time. We have sourced a commodity grade Tanzania which scores 82.25 SCA points but is a fresh harvest. Grown in fertile volcanic soil that is lightly acidic, rich in nitrogen, potassium and magnesium adds to the quality and flavour of this coffee. THE FACTS Roast: Medium. Region: Ruvuma, Aviv Estate.
