Bettr Coffee (originally Bettr Barista) was founded in 2011 by Pamela Chng as Singapore's first social-enterprise specialty roaster, with a formal training programme for marginalised women and at-risk youth that has been running for more than a decade. Bettr roasts at its Pasir Panjang facility, supplies wholesale across SG, and operates several espresso bars including a long-running Funan Mall site. The signature Bettr Brew espresso blend and rotating seasonal single origins anchor the menu. The brand carries B Corp certification.
