Brazuca Coffee's São Paulo café and roastery opened in 2018, an extension of founder Tiago Gawlinski's original Amsterdam roastery (established 2008), run together with his nephew Rafael Gawlinski. The Brooklin location roasts on-site and sources 100% Brazilian specialty coffee through direct relationships with farmers.
