Our Brazil coffee is sourced from multiple farms located throughout the Minas Gerais region. This lot has been processed as a pulped natural at the Carapina Storage and Processing facility, which holds Fair Trade, UTZ, and Rainforest Alliance certifications. The long and dry harvest season in the Minas Gerais region leads to ideal growing conditions for sweet, chocolaty, and full-bodied coffees, making our Brazil perfect for both black or white brews.
