Founded in 2006 by Benny Ho as Taiwan's first coffee chain to roast beans on-site at each of its more than 120 branches. Its Coffee Roasters concept store operates from the historic Boiler Room building in Taipei's Songshan Cultural Creative Park, serving specialty coffee alongside cocktails and food.
