Founded on November 1, 2004 in Taipei's Songshan District by Van Lin, winner of Taiwan's inaugural Coffee Master Competition and, in 2007, the first Taiwanese competitor at the World Barista Championship. A longstanding leader in Taiwan's specialty coffee scene, staffed by CQI-certified Q Graders.
